Rather than treating interns as casual support, our curriculum guides students systematically through software engineering maturity across four defined quarterly phases.
Foundations, Tooling & Standards
Interns are onboarded onto our engineering tools, set up local containerized environments, and learn professional Git branching standards before shipping their initial bug fixes.
Quarterly Competencies & Tasks
Core Feature Engineering & APIs
Interns begin building full-stack user stories. Under supervisor guidance, they design database tables, implement REST endpoints, and connect responsive user interfaces.
Quarterly Competencies & Tasks
Independent Modules & CI/CD
Interns operate with increasing autonomy. They write automated browser test scripts with Playwright and integrate automated testing into GitHub Actions pipelines.

Production Leadership & Completion
In the final quarter, the intern takes primary technical ownership of a designated feature area, assists in onboarding newer contributors, and completes university documentation.

Assigned Technical Supervisor
In strict compliance with university placement standards (such as IIT / University of Westminster requirements), each intern is assigned a designated industry mentor who provides weekly 1-on-1 feedback, project guidance, and official logbook evaluations.

Responsible for technical supervision, sprint task assignments, architecture walkthroughs, regular code reviews, and quarterly university evaluation reports and logbook sign-offs.

We maintain an organized, verifiable administrative folder for every student placed with us, ensuring university placement coordinators receive all mandatory documentation promptly.
Formal Placement Agreements
We execute formal tripartite placement agreements, sign university requirements, and confirm full-time 12-month employment terms before the placement begins.
Attendance & Work Records
Systematic tracking of student attendance, weekly task assignments, sprint deliverables, and monthly compensation records throughout the placement duration.
Assessments & Letters
Comprehensive midterm performance evaluations, university visit accommodation, and official final internship completion certificates issued on company letterhead.
